Mélange prides itself on excellent service from the first phone call until the last guest leaves.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations each and every time you hire Mélange.  In order to achieve this goal, we have very high standards as to the level of service we provide.  Depending on the style of your event as well as the guest count, you should be able to estimate between $12.00- $15.00 per guest for staff charges.
