Opening night dinner of Energy Conference at the Aquarium of the Americas

New Orleans, Louisiana

A blank room at the Aquarium is transformed into an underwater wonder world — images of sea life are projected onto the wall, coral centerpieces adorn each table, and guest sample the delights of the sea from “ice bar”.

   

Project Everest Celebration

A “top of the world” night of fine dining, fun, and festivities

are on the horizon for the Project Everest Celebration.   Entering through a

gentle cascade of falling snow, guest mingle for cocktails in the shadow

of Mount Everest and to the cool vibrations of music.  Moving into the dining room

dinner is served on tabletops draped in silver lame with ice blue toppers. Ice Candlesticks

surrounded by snow white roses are centered on each table.  Circling overhead

are light beams in the shapes of snowflakes while guests enjoy fine dining,

enjoyable entertainment, and each other.

The entrance to Project Everest in the heart of Downtown Houston — as guest arrive they are greeted by flurries of “snow” (in 65 degree weather)!

 

Icy Blue and Silver Linens adorn each table with Ice pillar centerpieces (lighted from beneath) & topped with white roses.
