Inspired by the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights), your guests will be treated to a visually stunning evening full of fantastic lighting effects and beautifully presented food stations presented against an icy cool background of winter white.  Along with specialty lighting to imitate the Northern Lights, prism shaped ice sculpture and glass cylinders filled with flickering candles add to the wondrous mood of the evening.  Mélange’s creative display of fabulous food and crystal cold libations will thrill your guests and leave a spectacular impression of an enchanted event.

HOT, HOT  HOLIDAYS—A South American Sensation

Spice up your holiday party with a South American influence this season.  While it may be cold outside, your holiday party will be heating up with fiery décor and sizzling food stations inspired by the cuisine of Cuba, Brazil and Peru.  While sipping on Mojitos, your guests will enjoy such delicious food items as plantain crusted mahi mahi, margarita marinated chicken, seared tuna skewered on sugar cane and Cuban marinated pork.  Exciting food, stimulating cocktails and red-hot décor will certainly melt away the winter doldrums and awaken the senses on this festive night!
