Meet Laurie Dodson

Laurie Dodson has been in the catering industry since 1985.  Prior to getting into catering, she worked in the banking industry and banking computer processing.

When asked, Laurie will tell you the way she got involved with Melange, and in fact catering itself, is that Linda West asked her to come answer the phones and help with the accounting.  She says she started part time and hasn’t gone home since!

Her favorite kind of events are the ones that challenge her creativity and imagination.  So don’t be shy to ask Laurie for ideas!  She’s fantastically creative!

Laurie has a real passion for helping animals.  She loves to volunteer and see that she is part of making a change in the lives of animals.
