What about menu selection?
We are known for some of the most original menu offerings and presentations in the Houston. Our ideas are considered cutting edge in the industry and are often looked to by other caterers as the trend to follow. We offer a wide variety of food styles including American, Indian, French, Italian and, of course, Tex-Mex. Whatever your favorites, we are the answer. Food lovers are absolutely welcome to our kitchen!
Staffing, how many and how much?
We base staffing costs on the number of guests, event time, location and your overall menu selections. For seated affairs, our average ratio for staff is one (1) staff person per fifteen (15) guests. For buffet affairs, our ratio is one (1) staff person per twenty-five (25) guests. Bartenders are calculated separately based on the number of guests and bar stations at the event. You also have choices regarding the staff’s uniform; from bistro black shirt and color coordinated tie to tuxedo and black tie…the choice is yours! The standard price for staff is between $25-$37 per staff person per hour.
What about equipment, accessories and rentals?
We offer full selections of chairs, tables, linens and decor. We have enough china, glassware and silverware to feed up to 500 guest without having to outsource our rentals. We also offer finer crystal and china options for your event if that is needed. Email us if you need a picture of one of our items to consider!
What about floral services and ice sculptures?
Our in house floral and décor consultants can meet with you during the planning process of your event. We also have creative contacts in the floral and décor industry that we rely on for different kinds of events.
May we tour the event site?
We have a long list of possible event sites for you to pursue. We would be happy to set up an appointment for you and also accompany you to view these wonderful locations.
What types of entertainment can you provide?
We work directly with many entertainment coordinators and have the entire city of Houston, and the country if necessary, at our fingertips – an endless pool of talent for your enjoyment.
What about valet and transportation services?
As your event coordinator, we can arrange any transportation you may require including valet, carriage rides, limousine, bus, planes, or event luxury golf carts.
What about tents and outdoor coordination?
One of our specialties is the outdoor extravaganza. We have tented many sites, homes, and ranches. Tents can include air conditioning or heating, interior drapery, carpeting, dance floors, or any other tent décor.
