Beverage Services

Mélange Catering is fully licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.), the governing body for all alcoholic beverage distribution and sales in the state of Texas.  This license permits Mélange Catering to provide retail service to the public under the strict guidelines set forth by the T.A.B.C.  Mélange offers a full range of bar packages from cash bars to hosted premium bars along with an excellent wine selection.  Estimated charges for these services range from $11.00 per guest upwards to $26.00 per guest depending on the length of service and beverages requested.
