Mélange Catering and Special Events started 25 years ago by Houston Businesswoman Linda West. Today, Mélange is Houston's largest full-service catering and special event company for both corporate and social events, offering a wide range of services including event planning, facilities selection, decorations, rentals, food, beverage, service and entertainment.
